Curating performance and music at MARTE, the International Contemporary Art Fair of Castellón.
En 2017 fui comisaria de MARTE Social y MARTE Music en la 4.ª edición de MARTE, Feria Internacional de Arte Contemporáneo de Castellón (16–19 de noviembre, Auditorio y Palacio de Congresos).
MARTE Social reunió intervenciones performativas y acciones participativas en torno al cuerpo, la imagen y la diferencia. Miss Beige reivindicó el derecho a jugar con la propia imagen; Violeta Nicolás presentó por primera vez una pieza junto a su hermana Miriam, Cuando se cogen fuerzas. Ejercicios para no perderse; Miguel Andrés habló de VIH, invisibilidad y estigma en Cuerpos indetectables; y Yolanda Domínguez cerró la feria con Gym Wim Session, una acción participativa sobre el triunfo de lo femenino.
MARTE Music llevó a la Sala de Cámara la performance musical Takiwātanga. Autismo, tiempo y espacio, de La Rabera Eclèctica; Sonotrazos. (Des)dibujando las fronteras del sonido, de José Luis Miralles Bono con la EASD Castellón; y el concierto de Los Ganglios.
In 2017 I curated MARTE Social and MARTE Music at the 4th edition of MARTE, the International Contemporary Art Fair of Castellón (16–19 November, Auditorio y Palacio de Congresos).
MARTE Social brought together performative interventions and participatory actions around the body, the image and difference. Miss Beige claimed the right to play with one's own image; Violeta Nicolás presented, for the first time, a piece with her sister Miriam, Cuando se cogen fuerzas. Ejercicios para no perderse; Miguel Andrés addressed HIV, invisibility and stigma in Cuerpos indetectables; and Yolanda Domínguez closed the fair with Gym Wim Session, a participatory action on the triumph of the feminine.
MARTE Music brought to the Sala de Cámara the musical performance Takiwātanga. Autismo, tiempo y espacio by La Rabera Eclèctica; Sonotrazos. (Des)dibujando las fronteras del sonido by José Luis Miralles Bono with the EASD Castellón; and a concert by Los Ganglios.
