I am a multidisciplinary artist and art director. On this website I show my work and projects, sell original works and reproductions, and offer my professional services.

Qué datos recojo y para qué

  • Formulario de contacto y de consulta sobre obras: nombre, email, teléfono (opcional) y tu mensaje, para responderte.
  • WhatsApp: si me escribes por WhatsApp, tu número y tus mensajes, para atender tu consulta.
  • Compras y encargos: nombre, dirección de envío, datos de contacto y de facturación, para gestionar el pedido, el envío y las obligaciones fiscales.

No uso tus datos para enviarte publicidad sin tu permiso ni los vendo a nadie.

What data I collect and why

  • Contact and artwork enquiry forms: name, email, phone (optional) and your message, to reply to you.
  • WhatsApp: if you write to me on WhatsApp, your number and messages, to deal with your enquiry.
  • Purchases and commissions: name, shipping address, contact and billing details, to manage the order, shipping and tax obligations.

I do not use your data to send you advertising without your permission, and I never sell it.

Trato tus datos porque me das tu consentimiento al escribirme, o porque son necesarios para preparar o cumplir una compra o un encargo. Los conservo el tiempo necesario para atender tu consulta y, si hay una compra, durante los plazos que exige la ley (por ejemplo, la normativa fiscal).

I process your data because you give me your consent when you write to me, or because it is necessary to prepare or carry out a purchase or commission. I keep it for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, if there is a purchase, for the periods required by law (for example, tax regulations).

Quién más accede a tus datos

Solo los proveedores que necesito para que la web y el correo funcionen: IONOS (alojamiento web y correo, servidores en la Unión Europea) y, si me escribes por WhatsApp, Meta. Si compras una obra, la empresa de transporte recibe los datos de envío. No cedo tus datos a nadie más salvo obligación legal.

Who else has access to your data

Only the providers I need for the website and email to work: IONOS (web hosting and email, servers in the European Union) and, if you write to me on WhatsApp, Meta. If you buy a work, the courier receives the shipping details. I do not share your data with anyone else unless required by law.

Tus derechos

Puedes pedirme en cualquier momento acceder a tus datos, corregirlos, borrarlos, limitar u oponerte a su uso, llevártelos a otro servicio o retirar tu consentimiento. Escríbeme a estudio(arroba)lauraserradilla.com indicando qué necesitas.

Si crees que no he atendido bien tu petición, puedes presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to transfer it to another service, or to withdraw your consent. Write to me at estudio(at)lauraserradilla.com saying what you need.

If you feel I have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
