Obra original: piezas únicas, firmadas, que se entregan sin enmarcar salvo que se indique lo contrario. Las imágenes de ambiente son orientativas y los colores pueden variar ligeramente según la pantalla.

Cómo comprar
Escríbeme por WhatsApp o desde el formulario de la obra que te interesa. Te confirmo la disponibilidad, el precio final con el envío y el plazo de entrega. La compra queda cerrada cuando recibo el pago, y te envío la confirmación por escrito.
How to buy
Write to me on WhatsApp or through the form on the page of the work you are interested in. I will confirm availability, the final price including shipping, and the delivery time. The purchase is complete once I receive payment, and I will send you written confirmation.

Los precios están en euros e incluyen los impuestos. Los gastos de envío se indican aparte antes de pagar.
Formas de pago: Bizum o PayPal.

Envíos
Envío a España y al resto de Europa. Las obras viajan bien protegidas, con seguro y número de seguimiento. Envío la obra en un plazo de 3 días laborables desde que recibo el pago. Si prefieres recogerla en persona en la Costa Blanca, podemos acordarlo.
Si envío a un país europeo de fuera de la Unión Europea, los posibles aranceles e impuestos de importación corren a cargo de quien compra.
Si la obra llega dañada, avísame en un plazo de 48 horas con fotos del paquete y de la obra, y lo solucionamos.
Shipping
I ship to Spain and the rest of Europe. Works travel well protected, insured and with a tracking number. I ship the work within 3 working days of receiving payment. If you prefer to collect it in person on the Costa Blanca, we can arrange it.
For shipments to European countries outside the European Union, any import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer.
If the work arrives damaged, let me know within 48 hours with photos of the package and the work, and we will sort it out.
Derecho de desistimiento
Si eres consumidora o consumidor, tienes 14 días naturales desde que recibes la obra para devolverla sin dar explicaciones. Escríbeme a estudio(arroba)lauraserradilla.com para avisarme y devuélvela en el mismo estado y embalaje en que la recibiste. Los gastos de la devolución corren a tu cargo.
Te reembolsaré el importe pagado, incluido el envío inicial estándar, en un plazo máximo de 14 días desde que me comuniques tu decisión, con el mismo medio de pago. Puedo esperar a recibir la obra antes de hacer el reembolso.
No hay derecho de desistimiento en los encargos ni en las obras hechas o personalizadas según tus indicaciones.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receiving the work to return it without giving any reason. Write to me at estudio(at)lauraserradilla.com to let me know, and return it in the same condition and packaging in which you received it. Return shipping costs are paid by you.
I will refund the amount paid, including the initial standard shipping, within 14 days of being informed of your decision, using the same payment method. I may wait until I receive the work before refunding.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to commissions or to works made or personalised to your specifications.
Garantía y reclamaciones
Como consumidora o consumidor tienes la garantía legal prevista en la normativa española. Para cualquier incidencia, escríbeme y buscaremos una solución.
Guarantee and complaints
As a consumer you have the legal guarantee provided by Spanish law. If anything goes wrong, write to me and we will find a solution.
Derechos de autoría
Al comprar una obra adquieres la pieza física. Los derechos de propiedad intelectual (reproducción, difusión, uso comercial de la imagen) siguen siendo míos.
Copyright
When you buy a work you acquire the physical piece. The intellectual property rights (reproduction, distribution, commercial use of the image) remain mine.
